Парк «Сад будущего» расположен на месте бывшей подмосковной усадьбы и села Леоново, принадлежавших в XVII-XVIII вв. Князьям Хованским. От старинной усадьбы сохранился декоративный Леоновский пруд и Храм в честь Положения Ризы Пресвятой Богородицы во Влахернах (1722 г.). В парке растет 300-летний дуб.
Park "Garden of the Future" is located on the site of the former estate near Moscow and the village of Leonovo, which belonged in the XVII-XVIII to the princes Khovansky. The decorative Leonovsky pond and the Temple in honor of the Placing of the Robe of the Most Holy Theotokos in Blachernae (1722) remained from the old manor. There is a 300-year-old oak tree in the park.
