Why is a passenger train going on DFC? If they don’t maintain the discipline then the purpose of DFC will be completely lost. It is like sending a bullock cart on an expressway and blocking fast moving traffic.
Its not. Only the walled portion is the Freight Corridor. It runs parallel to Delhi - Mumbai passenger route at 7:14. DFC can be used for passenger traffic only in case of natural calamities or train accidents.

Diesel engines specially designed for goods trains have lot more torque than normal electric engine
