No. Those are called clipless pedals, and have cleats that attach to cycling shoes that lock into the pedals. If you don't have experience with them, do not use them as they're generally for experienced bikers and can be dangerous if you don't know how to instinctively unclip from them. This is why multiple US Government agencies didn’t see anyone from the Trump Administration for months; and when they did, the teams sent consisted of junior staffers who went around telling everyone they were stupid and didn’t know anything about the agencies they were overseeing. Imagine some kid telling the experts at the Department of Energy they were dumb and didn’t know anything about nuclear energy or technology. Yeah. That happened. Trump’s entire administration was a fly by the seat of the pants mess with no direction, policy, or order.
Why do you think Trump was putting out Executive Orders that constantly got overturned in court? They just created whatever they wanted without even sending them to get looked over by the legal departments or any other government agencies. Trump thought he could just rule by decree. He||, they didn’t even bother with spell checking! His EOs had multiple spelling and grammar mistakes. That should tell you something right there; it was a disorganized mess.
By contrast, Biden had over 2000 people already lined up to fill positions well before the inauguration and had plans already devised. Biden’s been through this rodeo before and knows what he’s doing. Trump was a hot mess from day one.

Contrast Biden’s competency in interviews with Trump’s disjointed word salads in previous interviews in which he bounced all over the place, mentioning unrelated things without ever answering the original question. Trump is obviously demented: his train of thought is incredibly fragmented, his vocabulary is extremely diminished, and he has the typical elderly Alzheimer’s tendency to obsessively perseverate about issues that frustrate him (the election he lost). Everything points to Trump having fairly advanced dementia. Recently he was asked about Ukraine and went on a rant about windmills.
I’ll take Biden’s obvious competency and vast experience in government over Trump’s incredible ineptitude any day. Biden has managed to get a lot done; despite the insanity of the Republicans trying to block everything the Democrats do.
