I have IH 353 tractor and I had problems with clutch, tried the same thing as you but it didn't work so there is like "opening" on the bottom of the tractor to see clutch bearing and other components, and i found out that my clutch bearing is not sitting still it is in this shape /, can i anyhow fixate it without opening the tractor up? Thank you in advance
You ever have any problems with your clutch going straight to the floor? My clutch booster is leaking do you think that is the cause of it? And do you know if there a bitch to rebuild?

Have you had any issues with the steering pump leaking? I have a 826 also. I'm on my second top seal in a year.
It's funny you mention that. We have had the tractor for 15 years and that seal just started leaking a week ago. It's not bad yet, just a little damp.

I believe you will need to split the tractor for the bearing repair unfortunately l

I've never had to rebuild it yet. but if it's leaking, it could be the problem. If anyone else knows please respond.
