This totally worked for my Acer laptop. There was no Legacy option. Only UETI. So I was afraid it wouldn't work. But it did. Thank you. It fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes.
Will you please tell me what you did? Mine is not working and there is no legacy part. And right our country is locked down so can't visit store as well. Please help

My laptop displayed the exact problem and I called acer and they got me to the steps where you press the turn on button then F2, but they wanted to pay $150 for the warranty before they helped me. I found this video and followed the exact steps and my PC came on with no issues even though I couldn’t understand a word the person was saying!

I see just an option. Take of the hard disk from the laptop and put it in an another laptop and boot in this. After that put it in the original.
