Eric, you have really achieve great lengths from where you are. I am nobody, but just wanna give my 2 cents worth. With your huge success, pls do not ride on the same boat with those so call "property gurus" who are just out to make commissions and out sell shit holes to ordinary people. There are countless people only possess 1 chance to make it in life, and yet conned by these wicked gurus. I wonder how these gurus can sleep well at night! Cheers!
What you said is totally correct. I'm no guru, I just like to share my property views 😊 Everytime I recommend any project to buy, I will ask myself whether my family and myself will buy 😉
@savvyericchiew my mum and I are renting a 2 bedder condo $3500 per month while waiting for our Prime BTO 3-room flat ready in 2028-2029. Do you think we should now buy HDB resale flat or shoe size 1 bedder condo 600k -750k? In 5 years time, we would have paid finished the small condo and can get a 2nd property under my own name?. With prime bto restriction mop 10 years but we would have pay off the bto when we get the keys. We think we would still make a good profit with the bto prime unit after offset the rentals of 3500 we paid. Your thoughts and suggestions would certainly helps?
Hi Eric, Chanced upon your channel lately and am intrigued by your views and casual style of videos. I do see my friends gaining money from their new BTOs and ECs but as a single, I can never buy any of these to make money. I also dont have a spouse to pool money together. And being a normal salaried worker, I really do wanna make my cashflow a lot easier so I can support my loved ones. Would appreciate if you could advise or give some pointers! Thank you!
I started the same like you. When I’m single, I pool my cash and cpf with my single friends and bought my first investment condo. Made 100% returns on my money 3 years later which is enough to buy on my own from then onwards 😉 You need like-minded friends to start if you don’t have enough funds. A good investment prop needs around 300-300k (cash+cpf) Downpayment. If you have this amount already, then you can buy your own 👍
@@savvyericchiew thanks for replying! But I also hear people say just buy REITs then no need to hold on to any physical property and deal with tenants etc... What's your view on that? It's stressful to think which is the right property because a wrong move would cost my hard earned money 😭 And... A bit hard to find like minded friends also... You never know who's gonna get attached and needs to free up their name

Can consider a 2br resale condo as a start. It also depends how much funds you have. You can share with me to my company number Bit.ly/savvywa
