Desc:
It is a form template there are three page items (txt field) . after entering those fields I’ve a confirm message (on btn click)
Need help for: where if user confirms yes (for more items). Then 3 different text fields( page items) should be created. Then we have a button to add more.(since number of items is uncertain) which should have the same functionality.please help me in achieving this.
