towards the end of the vlog I somehow ended up talking about my small social battery and it's a recent realization for me of how to balance that - as much as I love being with people and especially close friends who I especially don't get "tired" around, I recharge the best to have enough of a social battery to being with people the way I want to be (present, and able to listen) when I can spend time to myself. I used to not like my social battery but realizing this recharging balance has been really helpful so I hope you can also find the time to rest (however recharges you best) when you need to 🫶🏻

I can relate with you on the social battery thingy, I too feel kind of drained after a while and need some time for myself. For me its hard to meet new people, but while I'm with my friends I look like the most extroverted dude ever..hehe..Hope you have a wonderful day :)
