Nino Augustine’s Panamanian roots and Caribbean inspirations come through in every word as he creates a stripped-down reggaeton with his authentic sprit at its core. Releasing a series of EPs and singles, including one on DJ Riobamba’s APOCALIPSIS label, accompanied by vivid videos over the past two years, Augustine’s popularity as an artist bridging Atlanta’s hip-hop and electronic scenes has only grown. Brooklyn producer and longtime Moonshine affiliate Uproot Andy helps raise the roof and celebrate summertime with Augustine: the co-founder of the legendary NY party “Que Bajo” imbuing the track with melodic levity and a strong dose of Global Bass.
