Gatorade isn't a protein drink nor an energy drink!!!! It's for hydration, as it contains electrolytes and carbohydrates. It's meant to be used after high-intensity workouts, sports, etc.
@@KonFilms I’d also recommend Upfront ice coffee, 113kcal, 1.6g sugar, 22g protein and 60mg caffeine. Although I’m not sure whether they also ship outside of The Netherlands. Their whole branding is about being upfront about their ingredients, as you can see from the packaging.

@@KonFilms You can get sugar free gatorade as well, but yes 140 calories are a lot when you are trying to lose weight, that is understandable. Although saying they don't provide anything useful is incorrect, they provide very important electrolytes for staying hydrated in a workout, and a much better electrolyte balance than prime.

And its not completely bad because you sweat salt and then you can get some back from gatorade and the sugar is okay for some quick carbs. But there are Much better alternatives to these things but just to say that it isnt just completely useless.

Hey, I had the same issue wth the S hooks on my boxingbag. I got myself 4 snaphook carabiners. That way you can still remove the bag with ease but it won't jump out.

use my fitness pal @konstantin and run 50 to 80 grams ready break with 2 scoops of whey protein for breakfast, then 120g 5% mince and 120g jasmine rice at 10:00 and repeat that at 13:00 then 140g chicken breast for dinner in carb lite wraps and have 5x rice cakes as snacks 💪 and you should drop 2 lbs a week ish

@@KonFilms 1700 is incredibly low Kon. That's extreme Bodybuilding cutting. Your maintance is probably close to 2500, plus with the intense sidemen filming you could probably lose weight easily at that level and build strength

You can get a cable pulley attachment for the squat rack to do your pull work. Also I’d recommend some metal wall protection for a few of the walls.
