For some reason the rear axle tends to strip at the nut. If still had mine I'd try to space the sprocket out and then add a few washers to offset the spacer and jackshaft sprocket. That way when you tighten the rear your not recovering as many threads to set the axle thus relieving the outward pressure on the nuts threads. Another solution may be a 5/8 conversion if the bearings fit the wheel. It's heavy. I replaced the entire jackshaft with a 5/8 shaft and split collars on the ends....game changer. Zachs ProMod taught me that trick for these bikes. That jackshaft mod with an EK chain will get that thing rolling incredibly smooth!!
I love my Mega Moto so much, as soon as I finished one, I bought another one. $600 is a steal for such a good quality roller. The frame and parts are alot more sturdy and heavy duty than other pre-assembled brands. After watching this, its makes me want another one, lol
That frame kit looks sweet! Beefy too! Congrats dude, thats gonna be a sick build!! Ive never seen one of those bikes in person…cant wait to see what you do with it👍
love your channel keep up the work, but i have a request if you can do so, can you make a video all about carbs like the cables and the straws because i do not understand a lot of it and i’m looking into it for my new tilly 212, thank you!
I picked up one of those MM212 frames awhile back..built a 236 for it using a Tillotson 72mm racing crankcase and a bunch of Tillotson and GPS hot rod parts...I find the tires on these frames are pretty crappy in the loose sand, and if I intended to do much off road stuff I'd definitely be looking for some knobbies for it..fortunately, since I've got my MB200-2 for off road riding, I went ahead and built this one to ride on the road with, so the tires are fine for that so far and you're supposed the close those wider clamps on the fork and frame around those rubber blocks on the brake lines
Looks very similar to my Coleman RB200...except yours has additional front brake ...but rear tire sprocket and brake are on reverse sides. If you wanted to, could you reverse the back tire...or would that throw the tread patter off as well as how the brake assembly goes ? ?
I was wandering if u have any insurance on thay many bikes? I dont know if insurance is a needed in my state of MN if i only ride my thing like less then 5 times per yr.
I bought one about a month and a half ago, put a HF 212 motor on it. I'm impressed with the kit, real comfortable. First thing I did is ditch the stock HF 212 muffler, it's so restrictive, custom bent a 1.25 od pipe and custom built a 8" fiberglass packed straight through silencer tucked inside the frame and out the back by the fender like a regular Japanese dirt bike.(I've done exhaust professionally for a living for the last 36 years) Zip tie on the governor spring, hit 43 mph by my GPS. Nice little bike, the only downside I see is alot of the threaded fasteners seem to lack in thread quality, and needed to run taps through some of the threaded portions of the frame first.
Sounds like a nice build . Ill post a video in a week or two with the engine on this bike. Check out the exhaust I did on the mega Moto 80 . Here is the link th-cam.com/video/CyOjHi-WEdA/w-d-xo.html

Thank you. Go to the GoPowerSports web site. Put in Mega Moto 212. They have the Mega Moto roller frame. Super nice bike! I put the link in the description of the video.
Nice, how much do you think it weighs as is, no motor? Can't wait to see how it does on the zero to 30 and fastest run.
I don't know but it is definitely a beast! It will be interseting to see what it does 0 to 30
I have the same frame and it's the most comfortable mini bike I've ever ridden. Nice build 💪

Yes! It is a beefy bike! I really like the seat height and just the way it looks over all.
Man, I'm driving over. you have all the "COOL" stuff, LOL.
Come on over...
@@Black66 Nice!! will you be out messing around tomorrow?
now thats a BEAST congrats on the new Bike man those frames look beefed out 100% should be soLid will see
After watching this video i pulled the trigger and ordered one
Can wait. Till mine. Comes in.
You got the mega max bud

You can never have too many mini bikes
Awe your doggie is so cute! ❤️
Go with a coleman 196cc all beefed up. No one seems to but what if it's as good as a predator 212?

Thanks! Ya, I'll close the clamps. I have to replace the brake line on the front so i left them loose for now.
Put the Ghost on it !!!
if i had that frame id stretch it and put street tires and a aftermarjet grom headlight the one with the 3 light bars led and some foot pegs
I'm in the process of ordering this exact minibike now. Do the front forks have any oil in them or just springs?
Oil and springs
@@Black66 Have you tried changing the oil to ATF or 15w fork oil? I'm asking because my Trailmaster 200 looks to have the same forks.
Looks very similar to my Coleman RB200...except yours has additional front brake ...but rear tire sprocket and brake are on reverse sides. If you wanted to, could you reverse the back tire...or would that throw the tread patter off as well as how the brake assembly goes ? ?
Yes, I could reverse the tire . I would just have to flip the tire on the wheel and work on the brake mounting plate .
I was wandering if u have any insurance on thay many bikes? I dont know if insurance is a needed in my state of MN if i only ride my thing like less then 5 times per yr.
If you want to go with something different try a Sachs rotary engine, it’s wild and different I have yet to see a set up like that.
My Mega Moto 212 is sitting in the box waiting for me to have time to work on it. Unfortunately my honey do list it’s about 3 miles long 😂
LOL
Support those foot pegs. These frames are notorious for the foot pegs to snap at the welds 👌🏻
It's going to need some support for what I'm going to put on it! 🚀

I was wanting to pick this one up but what size jackshaft would you use for a clutch instead of torque convertor?
They have 2 different but the don't sell the mega moto 212 anymore. I have mega moto 212 one before mega moto got bought out. Comfortable frame.
Yes, I like the seat height. It does feel comfortable.

Hi Hannah Banana...I love your puppy !!
Go with 62 sprocket with the slip plate
I really hope you plan on installing a big block in this. I have the same bike with a gov delete 212 and its just not really enough
