Good Morning. I can't wait for Elite Automation to integrate one of your systems! Robotics is our main focus and cartesian robots are a very cost-effective way to do pick & place.
Our standard HGO offering has a max payload of 50kg and X, Y, Z max strokes of 3000, 1800 and 800mm respectively. Depending on which axes are selected: Toothbelt axes have a repeatability of +/-0.08mm Ballscrew axes have a repeatability of +/-0.02mm. To quickly determine if a standard solution can be used, go to the Handling Guide Online (HGO) page: www.festo.com/us/en/a/8031049/?autoShowConfigurator=true However, if your application exceeds these standard capacities, Festo Customer Solutions can review your application and determine whether a custom engineered solution can be provided. Please contact your local Festo rep for more information. Thanks!
Do you have any suggestions for a simple 2 dimensional controller. Essentially I need a left to right "gantry crane" that can drop chicken feed in the correct PVC feeder then return to "home" position. Conveyor systems are insanely expensive, the closest DIY projects I can come to with code are robotic arms which is overkill.
Hi Jessica, is this for an in-house project or industrial type? I can suggest a few options for industrial but some DIY you can easily do it using arduino or RPI and some stepper motors. Let me know
I have upcoming project with this similar application, could someone provide the correct contact information to kickstart. I send an email to canada support team no respond so far.

hi, my friend, you can try lavichip high speed cartesian robots controller system
How much the capacities, Load, speed, precision, large sizes of the Z,X,Y,R axis and the motors and reducers can arrival?
