Sirji muaze IBS c hai mujhe fistula bhi ho gaya hai sir ji mene fistula ka operation abhi karaya hai sir ji. Jab mai toilet jata hu to mujhe strain kare Bina stool pass nahi hota jis vajah se pain hone lagta hain mai lactose syrup bhi le raha hu phir bhi strain lagana parta hai please meri help kijiye muaze koi medicine bata dijiye sir ji mai nexito10 & mirtaz 7.5 bhi lai raha hu antidepressants

Respected sir Namaste.My name is Arun and I am from Bengaluru city.My son Name is Nesar and right now his age is 2 years and 10 months.Due to constipation my son is suffering.On December 13th 2021 we had done Barbium enema for my son and in Barbium enema report findings are Large caliber colon noted with significant post void residue. Dilation seen up to anorectal junction with more dilation of the rectum.sir right now we are giving Muout powder daily night.sir my question is does my son Enlarged colon would be normal?Does my son Enlarged Anorectal junction would be normal? Does my son More dilated rectum would be normal? Pls answer my questions frankly sir.
