To remove those burrs on the back/bottom of your drilled holes use a small countersink or a larger drill bit to touch just enough to remove that burr. I put a countersink into my cordless drill and it works most awesomely on all metals & composites.

Yes that works but It’s a pain to do that to 8+ holes. Touching it on the disc grinder does them all. 😉. Thanks for watching.
