Helpful as always, but especially helpful for this one and full of tips! This will help when my friction folders come time to build out, but I'm saving this for when I start locking folders too. No mill, but I'm sure there's workarounds for using a drill press

To remove those burrs on the back/bottom of your drilled holes use a small countersink or a larger drill bit to touch just enough to remove that burr. I put a countersink into my cordless drill and it works most awesomely on all metals & composites.

Yes that works but It’s a pain to do that to 8+ holes. Touching it on the disc grinder does them all. 😉. Thanks for watching.
