Me and my sister encountered the whole "What do we fill a mansion with" problem, so we made a list: •grand entrance •at least two tile stairs •large kitchen: with stool seating area •attached breakfast room •dining room (12 seats recommended) •living area (with TV) •sitting area (with fire place, this is where I usually celebrate Christmas with my sims) •library •study •gym •yoga studio •kids play room •bedrooms: as many as you like but they all have an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. •all bathrooms have both a bath and shower plus of course... toilet (thought that would be a given really...) •butlers quarters: his own bedroom and ensuite. •collectable items room (if you sim is into that) •bowling room (if your sim is into that and you have the pack) •outdoor entertainment •outdoor cooking •sauna •spa room •art studio • music room (or any skills room) •conservatory •indoor pool •outdoor pool •and safe room (If you have get famous) That's all I can remember now 😂 maybe you guys can add some in the comments, happy simming.

My favorite EA towny is J Huntington III. my first ever sim married him and he’s noncommittal and was constantly either too tense to do anything or doing sit ups around the house while letting his wife take care of the insane toddlers breaking everything.
I paused the video to say that I love Don Lothario. He's legit my favourite townie since Sims 2 where I usually had affairs with him all the time and when I noticed him in Sims 4 I freaked out and ruined my perfect little family play through to have an affair with him. The very first woo hoo I ever watched as a small child not knowing what woo hoo is was between him and the maid. But I guess what ultimately makes Don my favourite is that with testingcheatsenabledtrue in Sims 2 you could do a hell of a lot of things if you were willing to mess up your game a lot and I somehow managed to make Don pregnant with himself, give birth to himself, change the sex of the himself baby, raise herself, marry herself and have a whole lot of children. I still do things like this in Sims 4 but the vanilla cheat system is very limited. Anyway thankee for reading all the way to here, I love questions so feel free to leave me literally any question.

Eliza Pancakes gets hate because she spawns everywhere and is basically an in-game creep/stalker. Also. The Goth's have been my favourite townies back since the Sims 1 lol. Bella is technically not a Goth either she's originally a Bachelor family sim as shown with her brother etc in TS3 and earlier games since that's his last name etc. So that's an interesting little factoid for those who didn't know.
I don't know if you meant "game pack" as a pack that's for the game, or you think it's a game pack, but if you think it's a game pack it's not, it's an expansion pack. I just don't know if you are saying it's a game pack or you are saying a pack for the game :)

Also, I don't really care about the Pancakes, I just think it's said that they're one step away from a divorce. I actually played with that idea and made Bob get a dog to try and mend things up with Eliza ( you know, to be the "one thing that keeps them together" ) but it's already too late and she wants to have a divorce, so they get separated and he moves out into San Myshuno, while she stays (with the dog) in Willow Creek.
also, the view from this house looks like the construction place in los santos in gta, if you play you know that one place in two with the really skinny roads and hard turns? that place. LOL
Very excited for this LP! Charles Gilmore and Tommy Oakes are icons! And I know male sims are harder for you but I think the fact that you don't have them as mains all the time makes this lp extra special. Favorite townie: TS2 Brandi Broke. Actually most of the TS2 base game townies are up there in my top ten sims townie list. I loved them and I felt like they had so much character! I'm so excited that Dustin Broke and Dirk Dreamer are B-list celebs in Get famous...I also spotted Holly Alto as a celeb in a game Changer video. I really hope Angela and Lilith Pleasant are there too.
Very nice. Unfortunately I can't use it. I've already done some minor remodeling and I'd hate to lose my efforts. The side room off the kitchen is a nice laundry room. Already added toilets. Spruced up the little master closet area a bit. Added laundry baskets throughout the house. Fleshed out the kitchen a bit. Edited the red sitting room a bit. That odd space in the walls? Made it an entry point to a secret basement. I'm particularly proud of that area. :)

My favorite townies of all time, dates back to TS2! I LOVED the Capp family in Veronaville, I grew up loving that town, it was the main town I played in, and didn't even make the Shakespeare connection until I was reading Romeo and Juliet and was unnaturally excited about reading Shakespeare.

This house looks awesome now! And I think my favorite townie of all time is Brandi Broke from The Sims 2 and I also love the Pleasant family storyline. But from The Sims 4, I just love Mortimer!
So when building a mansion you have to think that they have a room for everything. Some can have three or more living rooms for example: a formal lounge, near the entrance, where you can receive and chat with visitors, you can put bookshelves here; an activity room, where you have your tv, maybe a game console, a room with just a little window if any at all; then a family living room, in an open floorplan the one you share with the dinner and kitchen, with a bunch of windows and a great view. That's how huge mansion are planned, just have a room for every activity. Do you like movies? Add a little room with no windows, a huge tv and sound system. Do you also play videogames? Add a room with 2 or 3 desks and PCs. Guests rooms? Of course one or two won't hurt.
My favorite townies of all time were the Caliente sisters (Sims 2 edition). They were iconic, I still want to play the sims 2 sometimes, just for them. TBH The Sims 2 base townies were well done. they all had their backround stories and I really miss that in the Sims 4, since most of the townies hardly know their family members. In the Sims 3 I used to play with Crumblebottom a lot. I used to transform her from widow to the ItGirl of the city, but all in all no one can top my Calientes

Tbh I really like Eliza Pancakes -- but I might be biased because during my seasons playthrough her and my little gardening sim hit it off really well -- and by really well, I mean they're married with two cats and a little girl. She's adorable, especially if you give her a shorter haircut.

My favorite townies of all time were the Caliente sisters (Sims 2 edition). They were iconic, I still want to play the sims 2 sometimes, just for them. TBH The Sims 2 base townies were well done. they all had their backround stories and I really miss that in the Sims 4, since most of the townies hardly know their family members.
In the Sims 3 I used to play with Crumblebottom a lot. I used to transform her from widow to the ItGirl of the city, but all in all no one can top my Calientes

Tbh I really like Eliza Pancakes -- but I might be biased because during my seasons playthrough her and my little gardening sim hit it off really well -- and by really well, I mean they're married with two cats and a little girl. She's adorable, especially if you give her a shorter haircut.
