Honestly very impressed by how the NHL and all the teams are adapting to the situation and taking this pandemic very seriously while still being able to play good and competitive hockey.
Vancouver bias of course. But otherwise, 100% love this it's so transparent as to how they're living bubble life, no way to "pretend" on how they're skimping out on testing or whatever.
Edmontonian here!👋🏻 when they were setting up the bubble, everyone kind of thought it was a joke and that the guys are probably partying. Also there are fences everywhere and police guarding every possible entrance. But seeing how serious they are being within the bubble, it makes me happy to see that they are trying their best to avoid covid at all costs :)
This was a great video, I was really curious as to how the equipment managers were dealing with being in the bubble. Surprised to hear that Rogers Center has 8 locker rooms, I thought they only had 4
Both NBA and NHL's commissioners have done a great job, you are right on with MLB and NFL those guys are not taking notes from NHL and NBA, plus some MLB players have been caught at bars and casinos reasons why the St. Louis Cardinals have not played in 2 weeks.
In KHL, a shocking number of coronavirus infections. KHL released data on players infected with the coronavirus. KHL says that by Tuesday, 576 people on KHL’s 23 teams have been infected with the coronavirus. It makes an average of 25 infections per team. According to KHL, 306 of all infected have been players. 129,044 coronavirus tests have been performed in KHL, youth MHL, women’s WHL, and among referees. Each person has been tested numerous times during the season. Of the individuals tested, 1,377, or about 30 percent, received a positive test result.
Daily Testing?!? That’s ridiculous. There is a massive shortage of tests and players are tested daily!!!! The world needs to get our priorities straight
Trippin On KoolAid www.vox.com/2020/5/8/21251899/coronavirus-long-term-effects-symptoms admittedly this is pretty old and long term data for COVD-19 doesn’t exist yet I’m also fairly certain the NHL are covering there asses in case a player somehow does die from a COVID-19
@@jameson1239 agreed its a triple cover our asses attempt but this is not playoff hockey and momentum shifts win cups. Should have just skipped it and rolled it into next year
Trippin On KoolAid I agree on that I’d much rather have a full regular season next year then whatever the hell is going on this year because I just know some hockey elitists are going to say that witch ever team won the cup this year it doesn’t count because it wasn’t a full season and I don’t want to deal with that and I’m assuming you don’t either
don't think they're tossing towels, we saw them in the wash, I think they use a fresh towel each time someone touches one. Testing is just to see if they have covid or not, they still need to monitor and keep everything clean to ensure zero risk.
Should spend more money on social services to make sure people get what they need in life, what is video shows is just how messed up society is. Wasting time and effort to make people spend money to watch your broadcasts. I wish everyone stopped watching. Go start a business and hire 100k employees and you'll be giving them a support line for them and their family's and not just a hockey team worth of people getting overpaid salaries. More hockey players should be donating their outrageous amounts of money to kids who cant pay for a stick or skates.

Appreciate these Canucks unsung individuals who work round the clock covid and before covid
It's their job and not everyone has a job these days 🤷♂️.

Kudos to the Canucks Equipment and Training team. Unsung heroes making the ease on the players during this unprecedented times

The title is literally "Canucks Bubble Setup", on the Canucks channel... xD
Mad props to all the equipent crews from all the teams. I hope they get a good bonus and some vaca time after this.

This is very impressive.
NHL seems to really have everything thought of for the bubble. They need to consult with the other north American leagues.
I wish everyone took COVID this seriously.
But if everyone in the bubble is testing negative for the virus then shouldn’t nobody have to worry about getting the virus
big red with the subtle chirp at the flames, love it
I grew up in Vancouver I currently (17 years old) live in Hamburg Germany miss Vancouver soo much
Amazing work and a logistic nightmare, Keep up the good work !

These equipment managers and stuff really don’t get paid enough.. they are the unsung hero’s of the team and nothing would be done without them!
i bet they still make a 100 grand a year
When was the last time those Temp thermometers were maintained/checked?
Great video! I love videos like this!
Seems kind of fun actually!
Thanks so much for this behind the scenes look into how everything works. So excited for next round!
I wish I could be there just to experience the feeling of it 🤠
Damm i didn’t know they trained in terwilliger I won a gold medal on the same ice that they practiced on
Fantastic job guys stay safe
Canada's NHL is doing unbelievably better than USA's MLB and NFL
Both NBA and NHL's commissioners have done a great job, you are right on with MLB and NFL those guys are not taking notes from NHL and NBA, plus some MLB players have been caught at bars and casinos reasons why the St. Louis Cardinals have not played in 2 weeks.
Kudos to the NHL and Canucks
Unreal. Thank you for sharing this insight
I’ve played many games at twillager
Super impressive!

knew it was crazy but damn thats cray
The fact that I have been everywhere in this video gives me chills
So Interesting
kick the dust up
when they literally practice like a kilometer away from my house (yo.)
Yo we bout to get the silver play button!!!!
can we just go back to normal already
I should’ve watched these as they are new not so I’m catching up 3 weeks later because then it’s not as fun.
The Vancouver Canucks, you can now receive money on youtube
I could go for some Gatorade right now
Another thing is that they're probably happy they're doing this in the middle of summer and not in in winter or some other nasty part of the year.
We should hire the NHL to run the national track and trace program
Looks expensive
Daily Testing?!? That’s ridiculous. There is a massive shortage of tests and players are tested daily!!!! The world needs to get our priorities straight
this was so confusing to follow along
Asspain...
Protest on YOUR TIME!! BOYCOTT HOCKEY!
All this for the flu..
This is dumb the fatality rate is lower than the flu
Yes but it can also leave you with permanent respiratory issues making it so you can’t play anymore
@@jameson1239 yea maybe if your 85 with asthma

I understand the precaution, but if everyone is being tested daily, why do you need to change water bottle or towel habits? Seems quite eco-unfriendly
don't think they're tossing towels, we saw them in the wash, I think they use a fresh towel each time someone touches one. Testing is just to see if they have covid or not, they still need to monitor and keep everything clean to ensure zero risk.
They said in the video that both the bottles and towels are cleaned after each use
Wild are better than the Vancouver Canucks
Down 2-1 in the series sucka
Sorry crystal your team does suck
And who lost
That didn’t age well...
