Glad you stopped when you did because we know after Emilie there’s at least one blonde in 5.0 to get so it’s best to conserve resources. I’ll continue throwing away my pity for Kaveh cons in your stead (it’s been over 80 wishes since the last Kaveh send help).
For Kaveh teams, you’re on the money with needing Lynette for more hydro app for bloom since Barbara’s skill range is so small you’d generally prefer to on field her as solo hydro (even better if she’s holding clam to stack up her on hit healing for higher damage).
Otherwise might have to do a quickbloom or spread angle. Kaveh, Barbara, Fischl, DMC/flex is what I can think of. Main issue is going that route requires more investment to meet the DPS check since Kaveh as much as I love him isn’t the strongest. Other issue is that Fischl seems like she’d be a very in demand character on the account, especially when she gets to C6.
Until Kirara is C4, she can’t really make good use of Deepwood in a switch shield leave play style so either Kaveh or DMC would have to hold it. As for holding Deepwood while running around in her cat box in an Emilie team… until you get Lyney that could be fun.
As for weapon if you hadn’t got that Fav, I think for Sumeru one you don’t really need to get too far into the story in order to exchange for a weapon recipe. Pretty much have to get to the onion and I think completing just the 1st part will give you 1 exchange paper, which now you can probably just do for the sword and slap it on Kirara.
they really are all blonde and then there's nilou lol. I did one ten pull to see if I could finally get my last Kaveh for c6, but ended up getting my last copy of Kirara for c6...before getting the free copy from the event. :'D

For Kaveh, if he's gonna be your solo dendro unit on a team, Deepwood. I'd have done a Kaveh, Kirara, Lynette, Barbara team for him myself rather than burgeon team with thoma but you do you. eitehr way, Deepwood for him. Flower's great but only on the one doing the blooms(hyperblooms and burgeons) and it's also resin inefficient if you don't have a need of the anemo set
serpent spine is definitely a good option but at this moment I wouldn’t recommend spending money due to the boycott happening right now for hoyoverse

The best sword for Kirara is the sapwood blade you can get the blue print from aranara quest
If you want a sword for Kiara, you can the Dark Iron Sword (EM weapon) by talking to a merchant in Liyue Harbor. There's also another copy somewhere in Chenyu Vale.
It’s behind the guhua quest, you start it by talking to a guy in yilong wharf, at the pole parkour with the word arrow in his name. After you finish the quest one of the big cave areas has weapons to interact with near a chest inside the chest is the dark iron sword there’s a wall there too!

I think the dendro set domain is the best to farm for him. The em set is not that far behind paradise lost

Suggestions: if you do a Kaveh team or dendro team, Kirara is the best shielder and with cons even better! Her shield with cons actually make her the strongest with all cons!

i got soooo overwhelmed with building so many characters and i just stopped one day and said "no im going to build X character today and then Y character later/when their talents are available" so i totally think focusing on one character is a very good idea :)))
bro ur spiral abyss struggles are SOSOSOSOSO real. i have a ton of great meta characters, good teams, but i play on ipad and can’t 36 star the harder abyss’ 😢

As a kaveh main I can say if you going to hyperbloom and you don’t have someone on deepwood then yea go for deepwood if you just want him as a dendro dealer but you said you were going to go for burgeon then you just want to stack em so I would do 2 pc paradise lost and 2 pc gilded. For weapons you would probably want navias weapon for the er because you kinda want an even split so if you were gonna go for serpent spine on navia then you could always give that to kaveh. But for the meantime I think it depends on what you have for his split if you have a lot of em but not a lot of er then go for a er weapon vice versa if you need a example my UID is 656047841 and for artifacts I would go for er sans em goblet and crit dmg/rate circlet srry I kinda went full nerd mode but good luck! (My kaveh does abt 18k per bloom)
Go off meta with Kaveh, I like your burgeon idea. Give him 4 piece maracheuce hunter, it will proc as cores burgeon and bloom, as well as the healing he will receive. A standard dps build feels way better in him than a bloom build. That said ER is certainly important so Favoniuos is a good weapon choice
As for the weapon on Kaveh.
Sumeru craftable could work, but then you have to worry about picking up the seed after a reaction is made, and it only has about 30 er at level 90.
Inazuma craftable would be better for energy, yes, but it's a bit weird since it steals your energy.
Between these two, though, I'd say Inazuma one is better, besides, you don't actually have to do the quest, you just have to be able to be in the area.
But other than these two, Rainslasher is a very good option, you just need to have an er sands or good substats.
Also sacrificial is a good option on him for both energy and more bloom proc, as well as makhaira, but you can only get this on the weaponbanner.
And yeah, fav could also work for him. He has many options tbh.
But conclusion, fav, sac or rainslasher is good, but it's mostly depending on your artifacts :)

Just so u know - ningguang's c2 doesn't actually help her energy generation that much... for some reason, she has a cooldown on her particle generation, so she can only generate particles from her skill every 6 seconds iirc? (sorry to go nerd brained LMFAO)
