    I feel the same way, my anxiety has reached its peak. I also sometimes open the fridge for no reason to look for food. I find that meditation is one of the best ways to relax and de-stress during this time. Try to meditate at least 5 mins a day or listen to music that has good vibes.

    Who says you can't have your glam at home? Go Ate Rai! I am amazed on how you still try to do your thing despite the happenings lately. Even for an introvert like me, this ECQ is not really what I meant with time alone. But, I also discover that I am interested in cooking (not just the frying or instant thing huh lol) pala and to check on my health especially when it comes to food intakes. Anyway, we are here to cheer you up! Keep on doing what makes you feel elated bit by bit, day by day. It really helps! Keep safe, ate Rai. God bless! 🌱

    full respect for you ate rai for being able to show this side of youu. Especially during these days where most people are having attacks trying to battle their everyday challanges. I got emotional for a bit when you tried explaining how you were feeling because i’ve always felt that way ever since this quarantine started and doing school works and trying to reach their deadlines weren’t helping me in any sort of way. Watching youtube/makeup videos are one the ways how i try to calm myself. THANK YOU ❤️

    I loved you ever since but I loved you more lately because your ECQ vlogs calm me. Sobrang relatable, hindi pretentious. Watching this new vlog of yours, I loved you a thousand times more. Thank you for raising awareness on mental health. Been diagnosed with an illness before and I know how anxiety attacks feel like as I had plenty. We will all get through this, kapit lang 😘

    hiiii Raiza :) same here napapansin ko din inaatake ako ng anxiety ko kasi nakukulangan nako sa oxygen pag di ako makapag work out. "Breath in and breath out + exercise + eat cherries it will help you calm + drink water + gumawa ka ng bagay na lilipat yung iniisip mo sa ibang bagay like stretching + and most importantly STAY IN THE PRESENT ,wag nyo po isipin mismo yung mangyayari sa bukas, na ganito ganyan, That's a NO po." i hope makatulong po.

    Been there,done that...natakot ako nun at feeling ko near depression na ako...so nagpaconsult ako and i was diagnosed general anxiety last 3yrs...i take anti depressant at the same time help yourself too overcome my anxiety...then hanggang sa naging okay ako...til now...kaya ko na siya i-manage...sana ikaw din mawala na yung anxiety mo...👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙏🙏🙏👼👼👼

    Same feeling ate rai. after a month pumasok nako sa work, tapos di ako mapakali at ang bigat sa pakiramdam ko, naluluha ako tas di mapakali sa pwesto ko, yung feeling na gusto ko na kagad umuwi kasi ang bigat bigat sa loob at nagooverthink kapa. Maririnig mo pa yung caller mo na frustrated na at disappointed sa ginagawa mo (call center agent ako). after my shift, naglakad ako pauwi habang umiiyak. Hindi ko pa alam nun na inaanxiety ako until i watched this video. Haaaay sobrang bigat lang.

    I have an idea na what if turuan mo kami ng basics when it comes to make up. Like for different face structure, skin texture etc. hahaha what are the do’s and don’ts pag dating sa makeup para mas fresh and ma-emphasize yung good points ng face.

    Awww miss rai namiss ko na magmake up sa tagal na di lumalabas. Kaya nagbebake na lang ako hehe kapag nakikita ko mga makeup kit ko once in a while nakakatuwa na nakakamiss gamitin din lalo ang lipsticks kasi nakamask lagi huhu.
    Thank you for letting us see that side of you miss rai, sobra ang stress ko these past few months na di ko alam kung ano na magiging future sa career ko because of this pandemic. Isa ka sa pinakainaadmire kong make up vloggers and napakalaking help mo po sa pagboost ng confidence namin. Labyu!

    I love this video Ms Raiza. I felt that way at some point, like an impending sense of doom came over me as well. The quarantine tried to lock us in our houses, and felt powerless. Fighting lang as always! Take care!

    Hi ate rai. I know that I’ve already messaged you to send you some comfort. I remember feeling that for quite some time even before ECQ. It’s really hard to hold it in and i’m not the kind of person who doesn’t break down if I need to. So, I do explode. I pray and I cry a lot. I remember always telling my students that it’s okay to cry. I also master the art of crying in front of my class not to show weakness but actually to empathize that they’re not the only ones with suffering. Most of the time, I also don’t get where it’s coming from but then I am reminded by John 10:10. I tell my students to “be in the moment” just like what I also do. It’a part of being emotionally intelligent. Given that i believe EQ is more important than IQ (well at least for me). Then, after giving yourself some time to actually feel and express what’s there, it’s time to trace it. Then look for ways to overcome it (of course with God’s help). I also remember crying out to get every night (1 Peter 5:7). During these times, since ECQ S1, I’ve never put makeup on. I always tell myself i’ll practice bc maybe I am given or we’re given time to be productive but I chose not to. I even told myself and my sister that I think or I feel like i dont know how to do makeup ( i do it everyday before ecq). Anyway, you’re not alone. This is the best time to be empathetic knowing that everyone has his own suffering. I love you with the love of the Lord. Stay glowing! Thank you for being you. God bless. 😍😘

    I just got out of self-isolation for the second time and kakaahon ko lang din sa ganyang feeling. I create art and nung nag-isolate ako parang namatay din yung motivation na gumawa ng kahit ano. You really need to force yourself na gumalaw. I try to meditate din para kumalma.

    I feel you Raiza. I’ve had anxiety attacks in the past and now while on quarantine, I’ve had mini ones. I work from home while on ECQ and sometimes the deadlines and pressure just triggers it. I’ve cried a few times also because of this. I turn to physical activities like dancing and working out to let the sweat out. Yes, happy thoughts helps, laugh with friends. I hope I can copy some of your look, I sometimes put on make up just for a boost of energy to go on with ECQ and work from home. I’m thankful of the experience and knowledge I have about anxiety so now that we are in ECQ when it’s new to some, I somehow know how to handle it. Prayers also help. And sharing the experience also makes us feel we are not alone. Let’s fight this and stay beautiful. Hope to meet you one day.

    well im a self proclaimed introvert. so im not that anxious about not going out and all. cleanning around the house most of the time makes me busy.
    yes im also watching "the world of married of couple"...meron paring next episodes after 8. that series has 16 episodes. im not sure if you need to subscribe to premium. but in lazada they have viu subscriptions. after a day you'll get the subscription in your email.
    basta keep yourself busy...and matatapos din ang lahat at aayos.👍

    The 1st 2 weeks of the Quarantine, I was just staying at my bhouse and my anxiety was craaazy! Even though I know that I'm safe,I had enough essentials stored but I don't know, I'm crying and I want to run around my small room not knowing what to do. Mental health indeed is something serious and we should take good care of it..thank you for sharing this side of you, and yes, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. 😘

    I feel you. This past few weeks i feel unproductive due to the ECQ. I tried meditation and it really helped me a lot. I also meditate to take my mind off from reaching for food just because im bored . Im also doing intermittent fasting. But anyways , meditation helped me a lot to calm down and ease my anxiety.     Was experiencing same thing. Been having attacks even before this lockdown but i was able to control it since i can go out and get together with my fam, attend The Feast and pray but now its been an everyday thing but youre right, think positive and more prayers.     Nagkausap kami nung mga friends ko nung minsan we decided to have some deep talks.. And nashock lang kami na naexperience na pala naming tatlo ang mag ka anxiety attack hindi namin alam kung anong problema.. Kung ano bang nangyayari nakakasuffocate lang talaga. But we are doing fine now lagi namin inaaliw isa't isa by talking with diff. stuffs to keep us busy..

    Ang naexperience ko na anxiety and panic attack is yung nangyayari ngayon pero yung pinaka worst is nasa flight pa ko papuntang bohol. Sobrang worst. Wala akong katabi and gusto ko maglanding na agad yung flight! Hindi ako makahinga and yung buong katawan ko manhid na. Thanks sa cebupacific crew kasi talagang inalagaan nila ako. Wala pang 30 mins sa ere umatake na siya. So one hour pa bagong mag arrive. Hays.

    I have anxiety attacks too. Lalo ngayong may covid super takot ako magkasakit sa sobrang takot ko nag hyperacidity ako at nagtrigger nun yung anxiety. So payo lang wag manonood ng mga super heavy drama. Dapat masaya lang

    I can relate to you ate. I feel so uneasy. I get to stress eating a lot like youre not really hungry like im not myself. I always experience anxiety attacks but i just dont want to share it and show it to people cause i feel like they will judge me. And thank you for sharing what youre experiencing. Thank you for making me realize that im not alone fighting this anxiety.

    First two weeks nang ECQ, ganyan din ako nangyari sakin ung anxiety ko at panic attack, everytine na nakakabasa o nakakarinig ako nang news about sa Covid19, then to the point na buong katawan namumulikat, nanginginig, at nag cracrams ung tyan ko at nag papawis grabe, ibang level sa two weeks on and off sya kaya ginawa ko di ako nag babasa o nakikinig nang news about sa covid, pero advice sakin mag exercise everyday nakatulong sya sakin, then pinaiwas ako sa nakaka pag ap triggered nang panic attack ko, pero ginawa ko is nanonood pa din ako nang news para malabanan ko sya, now ok ok na ako, then tuloy ko lang ung exercise.
