True. Beaches, Hills capes, Mountains, Business Parks, IT Parks, lots of wide Roads, better food and fresh ingredients, good potable water, and Lots of Tertiary level hospitals, and High Quality colleges and Universities are plenty. That's why Davao is nice.

Same sa Metro Manila sprawling rin like the skyline of Ortigas, Vertis North, Binondo, Malate, MAKATI, BGC, eastwood, Rockwell, Greenfield, Filinvest City, and Northgate hindi rin sila dikitdikit but the skyline still looks dense i think the reason why is Davao City highrise still very few and short imagine the tallest one only stand 118m. its just only a short typical highrise in METRO MANILA, Davao City only 10 highrise standing 100-118 m. while METRO MANILA has 700highrise standing 100-149m. and 220 skyscrapers standing 150-199m and 50skyscrapers standing 200 meters above. with a total of almost 1,000 buildings in METRO MANILA that stands 100meters above.
