This is so weird watching it all for the first time now, knowing the sequels never got made. Very weird feeling to be mad/sad about this after so many years lol
It's weird but it's also valid af, and I very much feel the same. Mostly because this q&a just reaffirms how much incredible cast chemistry went to waste here, we were literally robbed (idec about how questionable narrative quality of the potential sequel movies would've been). Lily & Jamie sure weren't besties with Rob, but the few promotional stunts the three of them did do together during this time are all testament to how naturally they just clicked and how effortlessly they play off each other. Would've loved to see at least a bit more of that, on screen and during follow-up movie promos. Also there's just something so sweet about Harald Zwart wearing the angelic rune as a necklace, man, bless his lil' heart.
