I have modded cars
For real dude. I keep seeing nothing but the Party Bus, MTL DUNE, Gauntlet Hellfire and Elegy Retro Custom with Benny’s Wheels or F1 Wheels with stupid chameleon paint on them. No class. Primary paint is usually a glitched coloured Chrome and transparent green window tint. 🤢🤢🤢
Hate it say it, but aside from the F1 Cars, F1 wheels don’t look good on anything else.

The 190Z with arches, the Issi Sport both looks decent with F1 wheels as well.
The best example of F1 wheels on a normal car is probably the Hustler.

I found the Stratum car by stealing it from NPCs, this car I think is very rarely seen used by NPCs, lucky I was able to steal it LOL

Bro I literally had all 3 of the first cars but I sold the first and the 3rd one and kept the wagon, I have the the 2.6 twin turbo with the small spoiler and open sun roof and then I have another one the non turbo but has the open sunroof and stock roof rack that i almost sold until I noticed it lol

Imma help u because few months ago i was in the same situation basically its free just look around the city but don’t do it for too long because the game i swear has ai and will not spawn the car if you are looking for it just drive around in sedans and u are bound to see it driving around look at the rear for the big intruder name then steal it and put it in your garage

I usually shoot the rims with a heavy revolver mkii with a supressor, it takes 6 bullets for each wheel

On pc hack the ability to buy them. Without the transaction, they won´t stick, unless LSCHax street car method.
