Another great one chaps. Just an FYI for you to be careful of having the radio on in the wagons and in the workshop - if TH-cam detects copyright music they can mute the entire video and put a mark against your account.
Well spotted, around the 31 minute mark the video is silent because wig said radio in the background! We are careful with the music we use on the time lapses but I missed the radio when my dad was making the gravel boards so had to silence that part of the clip after it had processed! Thank you for the concern, as you are right!

Wow you guys got it easy with the pave crossovers. If your in Cornwall the spec is 140mm total depth of bit mac , base and top not with the same material. Front of kerbs would have to have a 250 mm cut back into the road with same spec material even if you don't disturb the road. Anyway nice to us all doing a good days work.
here in the states....just found your channel...binge watching all...great content!.....little hard at first with the nomenclature differences...just made me pay attention more!...one question, on the grab truck, here in the states we would have slide down heavy wood panels on the sides to make sure of no spillage....any reason your trucks have such short bed sides?...
hi buddy, glad to have you hear! the reason our truck has the short sides is because the sides fold down for access, not all trucks are like this. our next one will be a much larger truck with taller sides!

Just to let you know you can grab the ton bags with the grab trust me it will be fine if your sides drop down make sure you grab them 1/4 ways up rather than slinging them every time just saves you time good luck boys

When you do a dropped crossing why do you use new kerbs why not just drop the existing kerbs that’s what the council do. I’ve started watching all videos from the start in order great stuff 😊

On the drop kerb should there be a seal between the new tarmac and the old existing materiel to stop water getting underneath?
The council around here don’t Recommend it on the spec sheet but I have done work for other councils and we have had to overband the joints .

In my rear garden am I allowed a 6 by 6 panel plus a 1 foot gravel board?

typically 4ft total on the front and 6ft total on the back! it might change in different areas though!

I’m guessing them post hole auger drilling things are no good if you boys don’t use them. You make them holes look way too easy lol
We have one for the digger and a single man one also but sometimes it’s just as easy to grab them hole 🕳 shovels lol 😂
