LOVE your Analysis as always! She is a definite treasure, and at 22 just beginning her rise. She described in an interview some things shes not allowed to eat to preserve her Voice, They were icecream and sweets in general. She also now wears a humdifier mask when shes on an airplane, to protect her chords from the recycled air. I pray many more years for her voice as well. Its like nothing I've ever heard before. It literally crawls right down into my soul! Thank you for featuring her on your channel again and again! This was a nice surprise! All the best to your channel!
Thank you for this info. I have only recently discovered Morissettes talent and she has improved the quality of my life so much. I pray that her musicsl journey is a safe and rewarding one.
I already went through all her English songs/covers. Now I have no choice but to go through her native language songs. Enjoying the same. She's unique.
Morissette did suffer from a duty performance schedule and a lot of traveling last year. She had a show in Dubai and lost her voice an hour or so before she was suppose to start. After taking meds, Morissette was able to start and finish her show. Nearly all of November last year, Morissette’s voice doctor and management team decided to shut her down. To a point, where she had to cancel and re-schedule a few appearances and shows.
So, without knowing you described what many Morissette fans feared happened. To me, right there, shows you know what you’re talking about compared to many other “vocal coach” reaction channels. 👍 👏🏼

"NARIRINIG MO BA" is one of the original hardest song of mori and NO ONE CAN COVER THIS FREAKY SONG HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES !!

Though I'm not sure if it's related to vocal chord stress since it's taken from the lymph nodes but at the age of 11 Morissette has already undergone surgery to remove a lump from her throat. The tumor removed was as big as a man's thumb. The video can be found in her dad's channel ( Amay Amon channel ). That's why I do agree with you on singers also having to watch out for their health. Sometimes the stress of keeping up with a demanding career can be quite taxing on the body.

I agree. I hope she stays healthy for a very long time. The thing with Morissette though is that she always gives 101% in everything that she does #respect. It doesn't matter if it's in a sold out concert or just singing in a small coffee shop. She'll give it her all. The other day I saw a video of her in a tv show singing and whistling while lying down (some kind of a singing challenge). I worry when she does things like that.

Great analysis coach! yeah she's an amazing vocal athlete. It's evident on one of the recent videos that dropped last week called Birit Whistle Challenge on GGV. Mori takes good care of herself in terms of sleeping good every night, avoiding unhealthy foods that might affect her voice, and hitting the gym regularly but I'm not so sure how she's taking care of her precious vocals though. I know she takes care of them somehow or another but to what extent. I mean does she shut down her vocals after so many performances in a row to preserve her vocals? I guess I'm just overly concerned for her nowadays. I'm acting like her own dad LOL
