I don't know if you respond to comments, but I thought penetration order was:
1. %protections reduction
2. Flat protections reduction
3. %penetration
4. Flat penetration
Did that change or was it always different as you explained in this video?

Also when you're playing in a solo scenario cerb's ult can be used as a pop up. Only the beginning of Cerb's ult is actually the active ability. The rest is a semi passive action. Meaning you can actually pop up and hold someone in the air and either 1 or 2 them while they're helpless.
Mistake in the guide about Pen
Armor pen goes like:
- % reduction (void stone / executioner / void shield)
- flat reduction (Anhur passive, Cern autumn stance)
- % pen
- flat pen
This is almost the most ideal order of pen in regard of midmaxing it, pen being increased slightly if personal % pen is swapped with flat reduction. Flat reduction is quite rare though so it doesn't really matter
Example of why it is midmaxed:
Defender has 100 prots. Attacker has 20% pen and 15 flat.
As intended (and listed above) by SMITE:
100 - 20% = 80. 80 - 15 = 65
As explained by Incon:
100 -15 = 85. 85 - 20% = 68
3 less pen. Does not matter for 100 prots too much but it gets important for tankier targets
are you sure about that order of reduction/pen? i thought, from the official smite wiki, it was % reduction, then flat followed by % pen then flat.
Please correct me if this is wrong (and lets get the wiki corrected)

I was about to comment that, % pen procs before flat. And it's good that it works that way
It is 100% that order that you described
another thing worth mentioning is you can use your 1 and your 2 while you are ulting. its a really good way to guarantee your damage. generally shred them in the air and i pop them with the one as soon as they land.

Did not know that either. I thought them being in the air would consider it a banishment so no damage can be done. Gotta try it out now!

I like not going an active till your first back
Then you either get Tele and dont lose anything or you can get an other active
Safe option but you can also try to commit. Keeping your options open will close some build paths: if you dont go teleport you NEED boots rush. If you do get teleport, you might as well start a stacking item or get a power spike. View it as an option but it is not the objectively best one

Surprised he went solo with cerb over supp, the anti heal works really well since a lot of carries are going life steal
In some bully matchups you can level your 3 early for the sustain
One thing to note about his 3 is that for each level it takes more damage to kill the minions, so it's not something to raise super fast, especially as the heal itself scales with magical damage. I often like to go rank 2 on it for sustain, that feels a happy medium, but 2 being raised first is usually the best bet, depending upon matchup.

anubis? erlang and skadi have dogs. fenrir kinda... maybe not full on dogs, but anubis is a bipedal jackal and fenrir is a beastly wolf, cerberus having 3 heads n a snake for a tail makes him just as less a dog than them...
