That scene with Kaz having lost his arm grasping at the empty sleeve and letting it fall down gives me SO many chills. In fact I watched this trailer again just to see this scene. Scenes like that are so powerful, not having much dialogue(doesn't look like he's really talking there) and just pulling at the right strings.

If you look closely at 2:51, the giant robotic hand seems to be holding BB! You can sort of see his ponytail and hornm and that machine gun in his back. I think that is why he is upside down in 4:03 Also, that grey "mist of sand" is present in both moments.

Kojima proves everyday that he is a genius and he is way far ahead comparing to many other producers, i mean this trailer is by far better than plenty of hollywood movie trailers.The music, the speech, the scenes, the voices are just epic and close to perfection. Konami or Kojima (depends on who you hate more or for whom you are fangirling more) played us like a damn fiddle. The expectations, the tension I had after these trailers were monstrous... The Game itself was really fun from the gameplay mechanics (albeit repetitive and it still had and has lots of potential that isn't used even to a tiny degree), but story, presentation and the themes presented definitely lackluster. The only thing I took out from this game was the whole speech concept surrounding the story. It's true: Which language you speak defines into which culture you belong, who you view as your people, gives you the ability to get in touch with the people (or not in the case of a language barrier), it really made me want to learn new languages (I fear the day the world will speak some kind of unified language, like Chinese and English are already... It has its advantages, but robs you of so much more... and is a great means for control, one that every dictator would want to have).

I've been saying this would be GOTY for awhile now. Then Fallout 4 announced. (Make no mistake, I'm quite the Fallout fan and have been waiting for 4 for what feels like forever..) And everyone whom agreed with me started calling for Fallouts inevitable win as GOTY. But I ask you, can you watch this final Hideo Kojima Directed Metal Gear Solid 5 trailer, and still tell me Fallout 4 or any other game takes that title? I'll be the first to tell you, Metal Gear Solid 5, and Fallout 4 will ruin my relationships. I'll probably be fired. And neighbors will talk about how I've become a shut in. But I'm a vetern when it comes to playing Bethesda and Kojima games. (Screw Konami.) And I know Kojima always ALWAYS delivers a well polished product, and are always critically acclaimed. Todd Howard on the other hand, is... a bit of a douche bag. And nearly every Elder Scrolls/Fall out I've played has had game breaking bugs, and I've had to wait for the PC community to fix my troubles before Bethesda. I finally snagged one. The Fallout 4 collectors is still available and its been an entire day. Why is this important? Because MGS while always being triple A was always a bit Niche as well. I've seen more people who never played an MGS game in their life talking about getting it. Everyone who previewed the game had NOTHING but amazing things to say. Complete with many people saying it has every chance to become GOTY. Certainly one of the most hyped MGS title, and one of the most hyped games. It has all the potential to be so. That said, regardless of if it gets it or not really doesn't matter.

yeah, i know Fallout4, Witcher3,and so,are really good games. but none of these games can make me feel this kind of enthusiasm,but MGSV. I swear. Metal Gear Solid V has the deepest, most stunning, overwhelming story.
At the end, it isn't Solid Snake and here is why: -Both are wearing exactly the same cloths. -Both have exactly the same scars (You can easily spot the one on their nose and the on their left side of their mouth) -Solid Snake didn't know about having brothers when he meets Liquid in MGS1 -Snake hair is brown (Taken from his father Big Boss while Liquid hair taken from his mother EVA) -Solid Snake early life was living with variety of foster parents. He should be no where near this place. So who is that other kid? Could be: -Imagination -2 personalities of Liquid (As you can see, the first one shuts his eyes and then the other opens his eyes. Kind of like one is shutting down/sleeping and the other awakening) -One of the 6 aborted clones. But they were aborted so I doubt its one of them. -Another Liquid clone that we never knew about -Or simply a new clone we never knew about Solidus was born a bit later than Solid and Liquid but the same year, 1972. But I also say its not Solidus because: -Both are wearing exactly the same cloths. -Both have exactly the same scars (You can easily spot the one on their nose and the on their left side of their mouth) -Solidus has a much higher age acceleration than Liquid and Solid. So he should be order than both of them even if they are born at the same year. -During the 80s Solidus worked as a CIA paramilitary and then dispatched into Liberia on the late 80s. Infuriates me how this trailer implied deep exploration of the Les Enfants Terribles project or at least heavy reference to.it...the bit we saw was nothing more than a throw-away hallucination, totally redundant. The Major Zero speech is bound to some audio diaries with no real impact on the immediate storyline we experience in the game. Very disappointed story-wise and yet the gameplay is phenomenal fun with systems that work very nicely.
I continue to be more and more amazed at what Hideo Kojima brings to the gaming community. It's a crime that he'll never be able to complete Silent Hills.

But I'm a vetern when it comes to playing Bethesda and Kojima games. (Screw Konami.) And I know Kojima always ALWAYS delivers a well polished product, and are always critically acclaimed.
Todd Howard on the other hand, is... a bit of a douche bag. And nearly every Elder Scrolls/Fall out I've played has had game breaking bugs, and I've had to wait for the PC community to fix my troubles before Bethesda. Not to mention the explicit favoritism shown to Xbox players while PC, and especially Sony got the rear end of Skyrim.

That said, the MGS5 collectors was sold out everywhere I looked after a day. I finally snagged one.
The Fallout 4 collectors is still available and its been an entire day. Why is this important?
Because MGS while always being triple A was always a bit Niche as well.
I've seen more people who never played an MGS game in their life talking about getting it.
Everyone who previewed the game had NOTHING but amazing things to say. Complete with many people saying it has every chance to become GOTY.
Certainly one of the most hyped MGS title, and one of the most hyped games. It has all the potential to be so.
That said, regardless of if it gets it or not really doesn't matter.

At the end, it isn't Solid Snake and here is why:
-Both are wearing exactly the same cloths.
-Both have exactly the same scars (You can easily spot the one on their nose and the on their left side of their mouth)
-Solid Snake didn't know about having brothers when he meets Liquid in MGS1
-Snake hair is brown (Taken from his father Big Boss while Liquid hair taken from his mother EVA)
-Solid Snake early life was living with variety of foster parents. He should be no where near this place.
So who is that other kid? Could be:
-Imagination
-2 personalities of Liquid (As you can see, the first one shuts his eyes and then the other opens his eyes. Kind of like one is shutting down/sleeping and the other awakening)
-One of the 6 aborted clones. But they were aborted so I doubt its one of them.
-Another Liquid clone that we never knew about
-Or simply a new clone we never knew about
Solidus was born a bit later than Solid and Liquid but the same year, 1972. But I also say its not Solidus because:
-Both are wearing exactly the same cloths.
-Both have exactly the same scars (You can easily spot the one on their nose and the on their left side of their mouth)
-Solidus has a much higher age acceleration than Liquid and Solid. So he should be order than both of them even if they are born at the same year.
-During the 80s Solidus worked as a CIA paramilitary and then dispatched into Liberia on the late 80s.
So it can't be Solid or Solidus.

Infuriates me how this trailer implied deep exploration of the Les Enfants Terribles project or at least heavy reference to.it...the bit we saw was nothing more than a throw-away hallucination, totally redundant.
The Major Zero speech is bound to some audio diaries with no real impact on the immediate storyline we experience in the game.
Very disappointed story-wise and yet the gameplay is phenomenal fun with systems that work very nicely.

This was a beautiful game. Not only did it have good gameplay but an amazing story as well.
I continue to be more and more amazed at what Hideo Kojima brings to the gaming community. It's a crime that he'll never be able to complete Silent Hills.
