I just purchased this model, as living in the UK and one is working on a large housing development near where I live, the D6 is very popular, as a mid sized dozer for construction projects, we don't see many larger machines...
Great review, getter rare now as now deleted from DMs range...

So I just picked this one up. Is the high line version of this exactly the same? My one complaint is that the tracks don’t move well because they are connected via an axel for some weird reason. The newer D3 has independent tracks (as well as opening engine details, more maneuverable plow). However, I do like the hydraulic lines, I wish there were more of those across the whole line.

Yes, they are the same. Essentially the same thing. Highline series models are always better in every way than core classics, but core classics are always less expensive.
