They really dropped neT for icy? His performance in this series was abysmal.
His performance overall has been abysmal. It’s only been 2 series but it’s already looking like they made the wrong move.
Last week they asked a couple of pro players who was the hardest player they could face in ranked that played in tier 2 last season and they all mentioned Icy and Oxy. I know ranked is not the same as pro play but I expected a lot from him this match but it was pretty bad. Maybe we should give him some time because he should be an insane fragger.

G2 had the chance to retain OXY from their ascension team. But after acquiring TGRD from their miserable situation they straight went for LEAF ( who doesn't even fit their match style ).

Whenever Guard kids play against tier-1 teams they just seem so lacking composure it's always been like that ever since Saya left.
Ascension tier and vct tier are similar, the problem here is icy and he does not seem coordinated. When neT was in, the team seemed to have a lot more chemistry among themselves knowing theyve been together since 2021

Jett isnt good on most maps. Raze is the better pick and most Jett players cant play raze.
They put duelists on controller because its the easiest role so they can still focus on fragging. They are also the longest alive in a round (most of the time) so they can have to most impact when a duelist is not needed on the map.
