    Oh my gosh! Love this! Thank you for posting. I was at my healthiest when I became pregnant in 2021 and here I am today completely stuck and feeling awful and hormones all over the board. I desperately want to make a change and get my health back in line! I will join you!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

    I feel this in more ways than one.
    I had gastric bypass in September of 2022, in which I put this channel that I have on the back burner and I put my true crime channel in the forefront.
    When I made the decision to have the surgery, I left my job because my husband told me to focus on myself. Well I was out of work for about 3 months and it was great. That was until I went back to work and I dropped back into the vicious cycle of listening to people and listening to others. So what I decided to do this new year was to really focus on myself and to focus on my wellness. I dropped my routine or and never really picked it back up until the first of this year.
    I eat primarily plant based, high protein, low carb, zero sugar diet. Due to being diagnosed with hyponatremia, I have to add more salt into my diet due to having a deficiency of sodium in my blood.
    I feel you though.

    Hii!!! This video girl!! Spot on to how I ha e been feeling for a long time! I'm here for the long haul with ya girl.... my addiction is caffeine I have way too much mountain dew everyday and just balancing life in general my houseplants went to crap my house went to crap lol we aren't even gonna discuss work life hahahaha hot mess express over here...I'm so happy for u and your journey and I am gonna try and start changing little things as well can't wait for episode 2.....have an amazing week❤❤❤❤

    I can relate. I hate gestational diabetes with both kids which increases your risk of type 2 diabetes which I have now. According to my doctor it doesn’t help if you have it in your family history. Because of my husband’s heart issues, we are on a low carb/fat, no salt, no sugar diet. My A1C is 5.1 and I lost 30 lbs.

    I feel EVERYTHING you are saying in this video so much! I need to make big changes. But don't even know where to start. If you make vids on how your going to get a grip on it i will follow along with you! Id give anything to not feel that tired but wired and sick and sluggish feeling. Im a tiny person in 4'11 and weigh 103lbs and i come off as energetic so people can't believe it when i tell them i have very simliar health issues like you do. Girl! Im 36 i hear you!!! Pre diabetic and all. Carbs is my whole diet my fiancée gets on my case about it all the time

    Wait until you’re 60 and your decline comes faster toward you and you realize you’re nearly at the end of your journey.

    Your husband should take the night shift, from dinner on and you should go to the gym. We take a lot on as mother’s and women, we need a break….our husband’s get to get away, even if it’s work….away from home and kids……it’s your turn!
