Dirang is indeed one of the most beautiful place of Arunachal Pradesh.
Come to Eastern side of Arunachal. Quartar are alloted, but a very few tribal teacher stay there.Instead they come and go regularly from the nearest town. Most of the non tribal teacher are honest.

Corruption is rampant in the concerned departments. The quality of education should not be judged solely by the number of high achievers or officials produced by an institution. The relevant authorities must ensure that educational institutions provide quality education and create an environment that nurtures students' logical and critical thinking abilities. The focus should not only be on a handful of individuals attaining prestigious positions, but on imparting ethical education to all students, whether they become farmers, entrepreneurs, politicians, or otherwise, so that they can approach their chosen paths sensibly. Being educated goes beyond merely possessing a degree. The lack of genuine incentive by corrupt officials reflects in the education system, leading to a lack of genuine interest in learning among students. This issue needs to be addressed. Appreciation to Arunbhoomi for shedding light on the problem, which could potentially make a difference. Also, commendation to the honest and courageous youth of Lish. A change must come.
1st primary school is in Pasighat. Guess it was established in the year 1920
