Around 2010 to 2013 were my favorite years of kpop. Despite the outfits/hair of the era becoming outdates, looking back years later it still holds a certain charm for old fans. Like "omg their hair!!" but it brings back so many memories. Even the idols themselves cringe at their pasts, but it's still iconic.

They are not that old (7 years as a group) but they are still active now and are preparing for a comeback since they have all finished their military service. They are really talented but so underrated. I would be so happy if you could check them out. Just to pique your curiosity, they (5 members) were handpicked but their current CEO from different companies because they were aces of the trainees.

They are such an amazing group..with multi talented members who can sing, rap, play instruments and they compose and produce their own songs, they make beautiful music and have amazing live stages. They have a lot of ballads and upbeat songs and their b sides are as good as their title tracks. WOW and Thriller are my 2 favorite old BTOB songs! The styling is questionable... But dang if it doesn't grow on you after awhile... LOL. YES do a deep dive!
Everyone was the same age at debut except Sungjae…Sj was still 16 when they debuted and turned 17 a couple months later. WOW was their first comeback, their debut track is called Insane - Age during WOW: Eunkwang, Minhyuk, & Changsub were 21 (almost 22 - Ek & Mh Nov 1990, Cs Feb 1991) Hyunsik was 20 (Mar 1992) Peniel was 19 (Mar 1993) Ilhoon & Sungjae were 17 (almost 18, IH Oct 1994 & Sj May 1995) I would love to see a deep dive into BtoB, they are incredibly underrated in the international setting but very, very popular in SK and SE Asia.
So the guy that you could recognise is the leader of the group his name is Eunkwang, the oldest and 20 at the time. It’s actually pronounced B to B (Born to Beat) just so you know 😀. You can look up some of their stage performances for “wow” really catchy 😊… no dull moment with BTOB 😀
