I think a power ranking of “Music Critics” would put Fantano much higher. Like you pointed out, most of these folks are popular because of their connection to culture, but criticism immediately puts you at odds with artists, and creates that distance.

It's sad but the reality is that commercial/mainstream art will always be dominated by kids and teenagers. AK has the biggest audience of them, so naturally his influence in this space is huge. It really is sad because he doesn't promote anything positive, but that provocative toxic nature is exactly what draws these kids in.
