I use excel not word...column A is the plane # (I organize my planes in order of when I acquired them (1, 2, 3, ...). Column B is who runs the plane...I have others experiment with different concepts/ideas...they do not actually run my account, just run a route and experiment with making it better. Column C is plane type (CRJ, ERJ, ...). Column D is the hub, column E the destination. Column F is Rate of Return which adds column I and subtracts column G to give the result. Column G is fuel and CO2 costs ((column H*2.5)+200) - the reason I use this cost is that with me not buying that many points I am limited on how much fuel tanks and CO2 tanks I can afford. I am also limited due to real life on time and so when I log in I want to buy without having to have my planes sit any longer (to ensure the best opportunity cost...). Columns H and I are the normal amounts I am given for the route in terms of fuel used per flight, and gross profit made per flight respectively. Column J is whether I have specialized the flight for first class, business, or coach. Column K is the distance of the route in kilometres one way. Column M is the seating breakdown. Column L, along with N onwards are columns I use for a sim I run for others (on their ability to manage an airplane and increase it's efficiency (was winding that down at the start of June why only one plane still with info in relation to that)...
