I like the wooden front door and the painting in the entrance. I would have probably a sculpture. I like the living room and the view of the pool and sea. I like the TV room with the painting of the bubble gum woman. I like the dining room with the nice chandelier. The white natural stone island kitchen is awesome. I like the guest bedrooms and the fact that they have a balcony. I like the master bedroom with the bed facing the glass wall. The projector TV doesn't block the view. I like the master bathroom. I like the big balcony of the mansion that goes across the back of the house. I like natural stone, I would replace the wood of the outside wall, the floor, and the shower with natural stone. This is one of the best designs and beautiful modern mansions I have ever seen. The mansion due to its location by the sea, design, and luxury deserves the $200,000 a month renting price.

I love the wood in the masters bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom shampoo area and above the the bed. I’m not sure how i feel about the masters door though. Cool, but idk lol! I don’t like the open living space. It makes everything look so crowded in my opinion. I liked the stone in the kitchen behind the stove! I loved the way the back of home look, the glass makes it look like a home you’d book in the islands. Overall, nice home!

If you're paying 2.4M a year to rent this house, I'm guessing you're just paying off the owner's mortgage. The owner probably can't afford to pay off their mortgage so they decided to "rent out" their house. The house will go into foreclosure due to unpaid mortgage. By then, you can buy this house for a reasonable price.
@Tyrell Custis I think Enes has more of an architectural background, and he does more research on the background of the architecture of each house he tours as well as interviewing either the architect or the listing agent. Therefore he has more insight into the intricate details of the houses he tours. Jason's channel is different.....
