Love the opening monologue lads, I'm with you on that, I buy kits mostly on your recommendations, I have yet to be let down. You both light up a grey week, keep it up.
Still the best channel on TH-cam and TBH, I don't watch TV much now and this is far better than anything I originally used to watch. 4 top notch beers made at home....how good is that! Keep up the great work. I'm looking forward to the end of year awards already. Cheers
I love my porters stouts and Hoppy craft beers, but since the launch of Nova lager yeast I've been obsessed with brewing Lager ! I think it's a game changer for homebrewers and small craft breweries. 🍻
Hey guys, Non-one In Australia drinks xxxx or fosters 😜 if you wanted to try something that gets poured in pub, see if you can get your hands on a Carlton Draught. Or a Boags Draught. That’s more typical of what Aussies like me would have in the pub. But like everywhere crew are going nuts for IPA’s pale ales XPA’s and the like. Smaller breweries have become more popular as people spend less time in pubs
Thanks guys for theses brews and reviews which I think that I'll be trying. I hope that you are both doing well. Take care and all the best, Huzzar, to The King. Stevie
Hi guys, love your videos. We're in South Australia tbe home of Coopers. Over the years they have brewed lagers although more famous for Ales. Back in the 60's and 70's they had Gold Crown lager which the Thomas Cooper home brew kit pay homage to with its Gokden Crown. The lager kit you have thete has been around a long time based on their 80's - 2020 all malt lager. Been replaced by an all new lager now using lemondrop hops.
Hi there chaps, oh my goodness, is this a first, four top beers across the Bar, i think I will try the porter from malt miller, as i like dark beers towards winter, yes very entertaining video, yet again, no face pulling from Alan 😅
Brilliant as always chaps. I’ve just treated myself to the brewzilla gen4 so going to start all grain brewing can wait to get started any tips and tricks would be great and good kits to start off with 👍
@@beerkitreviewspartridge1083 ye this is what I’ve been looking at as I really liked their one tin extract kits and wine kits there’s so many yeast choices I just don’t know which to choose?
@samchanning116 nottingham yeast goes well with lots of ales ,let's face it most of the main stream beer probably uses nottingham, lager go the new nova, anything west coast etc Go for a new England yeast, simple the better 👍🍻
Do you guys ever get the homebrew taste? I think I watched one or two of your videos where you suggested there was a hint of it there but overall you never seem to mention it. If you don't get it can you give some insight on how to avoid it? Myself and many other people can't seem to get away from it other than doing all grain.
Seems to the length I leave I think ,I still get now and then if am doing a cheaper kit I tend to stick to dark rocks enhancer,as it comes with pure brew,it's a yeast booster and water treatment,I've swapped some years out lately but it all adds up
I usually do AG kits but due to moving and time and space have gone back to trying kits my first being the St Peters Plum Porter which I left to ferment for 2 weeks then transferred to a corny keg where it is being foced carbed. What kind of time scale do you use?@@beerkitreviewspartridge1083

Check out Boyes if there is one near you. Most branches have home brew sections and stock a good selection of Coopers kits and Muntons enhancers.
