I know that there is a energy crisis in DPRK, but the Satellital pictures show that ''there is no electricity'' I know that I'm probably wrong with my statement, but I still thinking that the darkness of DPRK is not because of lack of energy, but because of energy saving or my theory about the Photoshop tricks.
