I don't understand all the chatter and debate among your team members. I wouldn't put up with it, and I think it's disrespectful. You are supposed to be the caller-meaning the commander but, your team seems to want to debate and question your every direction. They can't hear you calling when they are all chatting. There seem to be 15 callers, not one. Also, I don't know why everyone wouldn't already be designated for an initial place on the map. It's okay to remind the team of the tactics/strategy, and where to initially go, but it all seems brand new to them. Like it's the first time they've been informed of the plan.
It's much better to be active in communication then to have none. As a caller, there is no way I can micro the movements of every person on the map at the same time, that's where the communication between players comes into play, not even mentioning the calling dynamics of secondary callers and flank callers. When it comes to initial positions, yes, there are set spots, but it's my job to be dynamic and flow with the strat and change things. No strat survives the initial engagement. Additionally, you can't have individual players play the same position pinged on the strat prep because spawn locations make timings awkward. I assure you, it's not disrespectful, it's working to out think and out rotate the enemy team.

@@Muscles1WOT more teams need to have flank callers . Wish some clans i played with had a few flank callers thing would probably go better .
