Hall effect means it eliminates stick drift. And the 1khz only works on windows 11, not to sure if they changed that.
maybe its a placebo but when i turned the 1000hz on it felt much better, I didn't do any of the stuff I showed in the video before so I was just using it out the box until ForgetDat told me to do all these changes to it and now its my fav controller so idk
It doesn’t eliminate stick drift it last longer due to it being magnetic so you have less moving parts and no friction material so it lasts significantly longer without getting stick drift but you still can get stick drift
@@JTolerance You can check if it's actually on 1000hz by using gamepadla or something similar. I set mine to 1000hz, but it was only running 500hz, so I had to dl the script for Windows 11 to get it to work.
@@xXSikarioXx24 with hall effect u just need 5s calibration to reset as brand new
@@melankolie1343 if you get stick drift on a hall effect is most likely going to be that you put a magnet object close to the stick which could mess up the centering and/or circularity in that case a calibration board or program will work however if its the center spring which is what recenter your stick once you let go you are going to need a replacement

A tip for the triggers, if you turn the max deadzone to like 10-15 and min to like 3 you’ll basically have hair triggers without being able to misclick accidentally
What’s your advanced per optic settings under *per optic ADS sence
If you set your triggers to 0-1 on both triggers it is instant like hair triggers but without the delay hope this helps been using the gamesir for 2 months now it’s my favorite controller rn until I get my razor wolverine v3 tournament edition that also has Hall effect sticks with more back buttons and mouse click trigger stops

Using vader 4 pro. Triggerlock and the adjust ring thing make huge diff compare to old ds4. Beside it will never have drift

For the back buttons is it better for jump to be on the left cuz I have mine flipped

I just always have had the right paddle for crouch and left for jump ever since the Xbox 360 days 😭

I have crazy stickdrift on the PS5 roller but I dont have any on the xbox roller so I use none for xbox
my g7 se is broken after 6 months. The Lb is not working. And the right stick cannot bounce back to central.
What do you think of the elite controller 2 vs the gamesir controller ?

I have both I prefer the gamesir over the elite just because the gamesir controller doesn’t get stick drift while the elite very easily gets stick drift

Xbox is easy to get pred? What you mean? Xbox and playstation players play in the same lobby.
Yeah but pred cap is different depending on what platform you’re on. PC is the highest pred cap. PSN is the 2nd highest. Xbox is the third and switch is the lowest cap with it never being full after a whole split. That’s why there’s always 3 different #1 preds at all times because of the three different pred caps.

That’s a cheap controller tho. Unfortunately no ps5 version. I use the dual sense edge and I have a nacon which also has Hal effect joysticks. But I don’t like using that one.

@@JTolerance the hal effect sticks dont have stick drift not because they are magic and dont get it, they dont have it because u have deadzone set in the program itself. if u set the program to 0 on your right stick you will have drift
I’ve heard from multiple people saying it’s all in the actual stick. I don’t have stick drift even if I set the right stick to 0. I do get a little bit of it with raw input enabled and right stick at 0 though.
@@royalpoop5122 yes but that’s because it’s impossible to have 0 stick drift as nothing in life is perfect enough to keep a stick in one spot no matter how many times you move it, but the good news is that it won’t drift no matter what with the limiter compared to normal controllers so it’s still a no stick drift controller. It’s not misinformed, more like left out information but the product works as advertised
@@royalpoop5122 I just set mine to 0 and it barely drifts and I had it for like 6 months yet when I play with my elite controller on apex it drifts so much I have to use LARGE dead zone in the settings. I promise you this controller is way better than a normal one
