Listen people need to stop using pads and tampons get into the menstrual cups you will be happy in life it takes a while to get used to it but once you do they are good for upto 12 hours it will eliminate a lot of the drama that comes with just using pads and/or tampons. It took me about three to four months to get comfortable with them but after sometime you don't feel them anymore

Great advice. Use two wash cloths - A baby one for a Vagisil wash in the private areas and B&BW for the rest of your body.
