    Your opener deadlift was dynamite. I thought you were good for some PRs for sure! Good lifting bro

    Laughed hard when you came ripping out for your 3rd deadlift all of a sudden with no shirt.

    I know you wanted that third pull, but even your 275 pull was inspirational.

    I need to learn to bench wide like you. It just looks so much more efficient

      elr1cbros The ROM is less, but for longevity in the sport you want to bench closer.

      +Branden Holmes had no clue benching wide is bad for the joints. I'll keep that in mind

    Do you have the rebook powerlifting shoes ? how high is the sole man ? thanks a lot I'm looking to buy these but afraid there is too much sole I love being really really close to the ground

      Hey man I love them!! If you get them make sure you take the insole out. It's pretty thin soled, feels great !

    You purposely stay calm on the first two attempts for your lifts to save energy/mental energy for the thirds? Also, why didn't you take 277.5 after the 275, wouldn't it have been a WR as well?

    • @JohnPaulCauchi
      @JohnPaulCauchi  9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Can't set world records at domestic contests man otherwise I would've. The junior wr is 275, which is mine. 278 is the open world record.
      But I've done 280 which is the national record which is my pb. So 282.5 was for the australian record !

    Bro, why such a narrow stance at your last deadlift attempt, in comparison to your earlier lifts?
