Thank you very much. You are a very good pilot. You are a very good teacher. Thanks to you, I have learned many things and I am still learning. Thank you very much, I am very happy to know you, my friend mmatt👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hey Matt. Nice aircraft. Do you find the Kitfox type aircraft a little cramped? I have tried an Avid mk4 and found it a little tight for my 6ft frame. Do you still have the Zenith and how is the ZD doing?
I don't find it cramped and I'm 6ft as well, but I think anyone much bigger than me might. I sold my share of the Zenith to the other owner but still fly it with him regularly. No trouble with the ZD engine at all. It has been flawless so far.
Hi Matt. i´m just curious about your ZD Zongshen rotax clone that you show videos last year ? How is it going so far ? I leave in Brazil and have i 912 with 1700 hours.... Excuse me my poor english
I am not Matt, but we do use ZD engines here. Some have accumulated more than 1000 hours already. So far so good, no issues. A complete and well build clone.
J'aime bien ce genre de présentation, n'hésite pas à nous montrer les autres coucous derrière notamment l'hydravion. Peux tu nous la différence d'une hélice à deux pales par rapport à trois pales, ça change quoi ?
Typically, and with all other variables being equal, a three blade propeller will be smoother and provide better climb performance while a two blade propeller will provide better cruise performance. Google translate is the best I got for you here... lol En règle générale, et toutes les autres variables étant égales, une hélice à trois pales sera plus douce et offrira de meilleures performances de montée, tandis qu'une hélice à deux pales offrira de meilleures performances de croisière.
Hi Matt. Did you just get this Plane? Do you still have the Beaver and the Zenith? Lucky guy. By the way, I drove by your place (Woodstock) on my way to the East coast and waved and you didn't even wave back LOL. Patrick
You should have stopped in! I still have the Beaver but I sold my share of the Zenith to the other owner. This is not my plane, I rent it from the owner who doesn't fly it very often as he has an RV-6 that he'd rather fly. I don't blame him one bit! :-)
There is a rotating latch that grabs the doorframe at the bottom with a secondary latch at the rear of the door that operates with the primary latch by way of a cable. Kinda hard to explain but it's quite clever so I should have included some video of it. Sorry about that.
I’m the owner and 6’3” - I’m longer in the legs than Matt but still fit just fine in the Fox while wearing a Lightspeed headset and ball cap. Great to see the Fox getting this attention; it’s a great little plane. Though Matt didn’t tell me about using that tail skid..! :-)

I used to teach in an Apollo Fox. They are great aircraft.
Nice little plane,
Very similar to the aerotrek A240 that is made in that part of the world. Great airplane.
Nice Plane! 🥰
In Germany UL (Ultralight).
Nice video, what is the model of rigth screen?
The red and white one is a Quad City Challenger II and the blue and yellow one is a Zenith 701.

Thanks for the info.
Cool plane Matt, is it your aircraft? Do you know their cost used?

No trouble with it at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone to at least give it some consideration.

What type of mechanism is used for the door latch?

How tall are you? Just to gauge how well a tall human might fit in there. Thanks!
6 feet exactly. It might be a touch cramped far anyone much taller I suspect.
