I loved watching Bill build his G body and watch him improve it and go faster. Watching his progress kept me tuning in to his channel. If he got rid of it and started another car it would be a couple more years of great content

G Body Malibu's were fun cars.. I had a 79 that was my first race car.. SBC 350 with forged rods & pistons, balanced crank, Muncie 4spd, 4.10 gears in an 8.8 out of an Explorer.. 6pt cage, fiberglass hood, trunk, and front fenders, with a bench seat.. It was a beast, high lift cam, 850 carb,.. I could do rollin, swingin, burnouts for about 2-3 blocks like it was nothing.. Traded it for a 91 Fox body GT with 28k miles in 1998.. The fox had 4.10's as well, and a trick flow top end., and prob made somewhere in the high 300's/low 400's but had full interior and was much better driver for the streets than the malibu. I had turned the malibu into full race and wanted both. Yet later in life I found I turned every car into full race..

I've got a buddy that has a 65 Chevrolet 300 deluxe that I am trying to get it some how because I was born in 65 and he has done this thing right the big block has around 30 thousand miles on it because it came out of a old rv it's needing a paint job has no rust cut it out and replaced it with metal and tacked it in and ground it down 373 12 bolt zero miles on it and has everything to put it back I think he needs carpet and head liner I'm trying to finish this S10 that I'm putting a aluminum heads with a big roller cam but finding out I can't do what I use to could do especially with a bum leg your channel keeps me motivated and Jimmy Dale too I'm wanting to get it going and sell to get the 65 before I loose my right leg it's just a matter of time before it happens Takes for keeping me motivated. Because I had a few over the years and I miss it bad but getting old sux

I drove 500 miles to pick up the Bogart wheels that I bought from Billy off of Tony's foxbody. I found out that Billy had forgot them and I tried to have a quick conversation with the Old Man about it, he ignored me but gave me a quick handshake. Honestly, I completely understood. They have so much stuff happening and people trying to get some of their time. Billy was very apologetic and offered to ship them on his dime. However, my teenage son really wanted to meet him so we drove another 400 miles to Billy's shop. It was a great experience to shoot the breeze with Billy, got some photos for my son and had a great road trip with the family! I hope I'll have another opportunity to talk to the Old Man.

Bill 7k seems steep for a stereo. But if you are an audiophile, you get what ya pay for. I've had real good luck with Alpine Type R, or Memphis M class. Both will rock your world and not break the bank..... kinda
