Too much glass allows heat to escape during cold winter months. What type of glass did they use? Overhead exhaust fan over stove good. Recessed lights in ceiling good. But are they LED's? Also, didn't see any dimmer switches. Garage door opener have back up battery? Does laundry room accommodate vertical washer and dryer design? What is COF of bathroom floors? How many spare bedrooms? Three car garage? Mello-Roos Tax? What zip code is this in? How did this area do during the winter heavy rains. Lot size? Close to schools? I agree with extra room for master bedroom is a good design.
