It looks like he had rode it for a while because the way the front wheel look. I wonder why he drove it so far and didn't pull over to change it. My suspicion is that he my have been intoxicated. May have walked out in front of the truck as it was passing by. Who knows. In the mean time, they should take a sample of his blood, while looking for the driver of the truck. This type of thing happens more than you think. People get scared and just drive on, thinking no one saw what happen. This is the last thing you should do. You stop and render aid. This may be a costly mistake on their part because they will find you. Before this happens you need to lawyer up and turn yourself in asap.
