In course of time because of practice you can take the flour when the grinder is running itself.. It will become more easy then.

You can also keep in instapot in yogurt setting and the batter ferments perfectly without drying out or over fermentation. You are right I bought ultra in India and shipping cost are so high almost equivalent to kalingabazar prize.,$50 difference

Akkaa why the 230 volt line in your house in Canada which is used for airconditioner, heater, dryer, and oven is not used for indian wet grinder which operates in 220 volts , ask Mr Praveen about this. ( Usually all the houses in Canada and USA have both 110 and 220 volt lines )

There are strict rules in US and Canada on what appliances can be connected to 220v and 110v. If you connect an Indian appliance to 220v here and if it ends up in a house fire, your insurance won't cover the incident. Also if someone dies due to this, the home owner may end up their rest of their life in jail.
