- Assalam O Alikum. Today We bring our viewers another Detailed Review of Honda Insight 2012 ( 2nd Generation ). Honda introduced 2nd generation Honda Insight Back in 2009. In Pakistan it's import started back in 2016. Insight was Honda's Answer to Famous Toyota Prius. While Toyota Prius was becoming a very popular car in Pakistan due to its unparalleled Fuel Economy and Comfort, Dealers also started to import Honda Insight in hopes for selling it in Large numbers and giving competition to Toyota Prius. But unfortunately Honda Insight was not able to beat Toyota Prius and was considered a failure in Pakistan. In this video we will find out why the car failed In Pakistan. We will also do a complete review of this car, analyzing it's each and every aspect. We will also discuss about Honda's not so great IMA ( Integrated Motor Assist ) Hybrid Technology which the car came with.

Most of the automotive reviews out there on youtube are non-technical/non-detailed. Glad to observe that you touched every aspect of the car!
Keep it up and also put reviews of those cars/variants that are not generally reviewed on youtube. Most people have a biased view and I expect you to not be one of those. Don't be afraid of trying new things and reviewing those cars already reviewed but with a alternate perspective.
I am using this car (Honda insight) from five years. Car drive experience is smooth . This car spare parts is most expensive.

Purchased this car last year, very satisfied with the results.....1.5 CC is available in PK and I owned one of them. Surprisingly it has even better fuel mileage in addition to top speed and pick up.

Highway 18-22 (up to 90 Km/H) & 22-25 (up to 65/70 Km/H)
Just changed oil and filters on routine basis.

Honda or Toyota..
Which company made no 1 hybrid engines..??
As of now both companies use the same technology ( most companies use same tech, only batteries are made up of different materials. Sometimes li-ion and sometimes li-pol ). But in the start Honda used IMA ( integrated Motor Assist ) which was not as advanced as Toyota Synergy Drive. Overall Toyota has good experience when it comes to Hybrid Tech.

Toyota has introducing good engines like toyota new dynamic force engine family which has aluminum dohc engine with 6k to 6500 rpm range of rev limiter rather on the other side honda has much improved ima and now introduce immd technology with push button transmission and new honda leb h2 lda mf3 leb3 engine with around 150 to 200 hp

Better than prius which is very over rated
You can't drive economically.I have a car like that too.My consumption in the city is 4.3 l / 100km. On a country road 3.7 l / 100km on a 250km road.
The company states around 5.7l/ 100km combined ( highway + city ). Most of the time you get less then what company claims. No one has ever got such milage from this car ( stock ) by driving like a normal person.
@@PKDMotorSport i actually agree with him. Driving habits and conditions really affect consumption.(fuel quality too) From Hondas, we usually get more mileage from what the company claims. guess its a damage control estimation just incase it doesnt.

1.I assume you didn't watch the complete Video. It is clearly mentioned in the video that this car Failed. Even the intro states that.
2. Design is a personal preference. If you like Prius design then it's your preference. I am not a Toyota brand ambassador.
3. It is clearly mentioned in the video that Toyota's Prius is a better car in terms of Hybrid technology and drive.
4. Stop being a blind fan and kindly watch the complete video before giving such statements.

U sad gli better xli not gud yet. Gli xli have same engine. Shap same just Abs and power windows not in xli . But after mrkt u can. I have xli and gli no speed difrnc I drive both I cros 200 speed in mortrway lhr to Rawalpindi. Xli mileage long root 14 plus and gli same my personal experience .
There is a reason we criticize Xli. If you watched this video completely, you will know how I criticized Honda City. Infact we criticize Honda City in many videos due to it having no safety features. We don't tolerate such behavior from companies weather Toyota or Honda. In my Xli Review, i stated the good things about it but we can never ignore the bad things ( no power windows, no abs, no rear arm rest in a 2.6 million car ). Not giving Abs in a 1270 Kg car is simply risking 100 of lives ( which our Car makers don't care about ). We are not blind lovers brother. We criticize what should be criticized. We do this for consumers benifit. It is our right to demand for value and criticize for not providing.
