they think minoru and cid are different people then at the end they find out that they're the same person so in conclusion they find out that they were watching the same person from the start and about when she calls cid, minoru. they're pretty similar so she thought it was minoru xd i hope u understood wat i was tryna explain if u didn't just ask me again ill try to come up with a better explanation :)
