Amaechi and Balogun I reccomend for a long rtg in fifa 20 got Balogun to 93 in my Cambridge Utd career mode. In fifa 21 I’m using piccolli in my Waterford career season 3, 76 rated top scorer in my Europa league group, absolute goat. Amaechi at 72
My third signing was Luca Netz he's my LB backup to Tierney..Sold Kola straight away. I signed Tavares LB from Benfica , Bellerin got injured 3 months so i'm converting Tavares into a RB aswell although i have AMN as a RWB option i prefer him further forward.

Loan him out, SAVE it then recall him immediately and you may get a potential boost, may take a few tries, when you call him back make sure you look for a value % increase (little green box in the financial window). He may return with no potential statement but his value will have increased so possibly be closer to the next level rating
@@AntoJones i did the glitch to them in the first place i had 5 to be exciting prospect players i glitched to to be special but every season they drop down to like been at club since and showing great potential and exciting prospect... and i have to do the glitch over and over again to get them up again... something i’m doing wrong?? 🤔
@@ie6338 Every season? Do you sim the season? Or it could be a bug, the game is very buggy at the moment. Are you at a big club? Do they play regularly? Sometimes they are assigned the wrong position and if you change it they can go up in potential. Dynamic potential could be in effect too
@@AntoJones i use man utd and my team is very good 91+ on every player in the first team. I usually sim most of the games and play the important ones so i’m not sure if they play enough..
I'm all for strict talks.but iv got my team to the championship and can't sign 19 year olds rated 65...thats some 🐂💩. And I'm meeting all my club objectives and club security is falling.im at 63 and can't change anything....wtf fifa

@@FCGems Thnx anyway, I wish that you never experience this inconvenience😀 I gave my 86 Gio Reyna only 10k wage while rest of the team has like 6k average so they sacked me because apparently I cause unrest in dressing room with this move..bug...happened already second time to me,so from now on I save game before renewing contracts...if you find out please let me know,no one knows better then you😉
Excellent stuff, the issue is also wages - a player at a top club may be (say) £600k, but if they're on £5k a week and you're (say) Oldham...
I remember when Agoume was one of the biggest prospects in the game, sad to see he has gone down so much in potential

Now Piccolli at 81 and Amaechi at 78 got an Irish youth academy brute as a CB 6 foot 6 huge head at 80 ovr

Indeed for lower rated teams it’s probably better to use loose negotiation strictness.

Growth is not normal in fifa 21 cm. Some players with 50 overall can go to 90+ after 7 seasons with good training and dynamic potential
