Even on the original release, Manic felt like the most ambitious, exciting, and inspiring track on the album. It's brain candy. Put it on and let it take you. Dream. Dance. Do some dishes. It's a fantastic track and I show it to all my friends whenever I talk about mashups as a growing musical space.
I love that the crowd cheering serves a dual purpose of adding to the feeling of a manic episode, _and_ matches the audiance anticipation of the drop after hearing the original Its just so good
The new filters, the crowd clapping in the background, the distortions, it all amplifies the intense and incredibly accurate feeling of "mania" that was already present in the original mashup.
Thank you Jazz for this absolute beauty of a mashup. I loved the original to bits but this pulls me into another space. Beautiful work and probably the single best mashup song I have ever had the pleasure of listening to.
@@mouthwide0pen Obviously the start, and oh my gosh who doesn’t know that’s freaking Maniac. The drop into the main part of the song got BETTER than before. 🙄
@MunkMan9 I actually cannot say, as what I described as manic episodes are much more likely to be hyperactive episodes. It does to some extent capture the energy of a hyperactive episode, it does lack the loss of self control tho
This the kind of song that makes your teeth vibrate and give you hollow stomach and hyperventilate like you've only ever done once when your body was convinced that all life was over... while youre driving to a weight training class... you know the kind

Its just so good
this is the remaster I was most anticipating. and it sounds glorious
THAT TOXIC LICK WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE
as I said on the main album remaster: you made a song that was oppressive & chaotic even MORE oppressive & chaotic & I absolutely love it
The drop at the beginning does a better job at waking me up than any cup of coffee ever could
THIS SONG WAS MIXED SO WELL MY DUDE

I could listen to this at 1% gain and the drop would still send me into a panic attack. Good shit.
arguably hits harder thanks to the chorus at the start.
This song is honestly a lifesaver, pulls me out of depression spirals on demand. And it bangs too!
God I want this on a vinyl record

"It's a fuckin' masterpiece"- Some dude on the internet.
Didn't expect it to be better!
My favorite track just got better! That drop is still one of the most hype moments in the song.
you mean from the start?
...thats just maniac, dude

This is fucking incredible. One of the best mashups I've heard
Awesome Remaster of one my favorite song in your album!!!
hihi, I am listening to this while I'm having a manic episode, how hilarious
how accurate is it
@MunkMan9 I actually cannot say, as what I described as manic episodes are much more likely to be hyperactive episodes. It does to some extent capture the energy of a hyperactive episode, it does lack the loss of self control tho
Nice
WOAH (6/5 stars)
I fucking love the flashbang.

This is good. Real good... However, I prefer the simplicity of the original version...
