I love the food, but for example even the slightest bit of pigshair, feathers fishbone or scales left makes me puke, not by the taste or the look, i just can't swallow it down, i have to run to the toilet imidatelty and throw up if i miss enen small pieces of eggshell when i make panncakes, but i seen other people eating whole fish, scrimps and other things like that, i think i could eat dry fish as it is. I love fried pigskin if it is absolutely free from all traces of hair. I love herring, but i have to put it on a pice of ryebread so i not notce the bones and fish intestines make me want to puke if they are fresh. But in historical times people used to eat salted herrings whole as they are direct fromm the barrel, perheps we humans have different levels of sensitivity for those things, i don't know... Ha ha I realy love the taste of mackerell, however!
