  • Tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis, is a condition caused by overuse of the forearm muscles that are attached to the elbow. This results in pain and tenderness on the outer part of the elbow, particularly when gripping, lifting, or performing repetitive wrist and arm movements. Despite the name, it can affect anyone engaging in activities that strain these muscles, not just tennis players. Physiotherapy exercises are very beneficial for a fast recovery.
